No luck so far  >:( The guy who made the chess mod has gone MIA for nearly 2 years now. As a result the mod has not been updated to keep up with the forum updates.
The forum has to be updated to stop hackers etc so it is important. I will keeep on trying but it might take a while.

Just spent about 7 hours trying to fix and a bit tired now. I created a load of fresh installs and still cannot install the chess mod. I dont know what to do now ???
It might be the server I am on, or too many changes made with too many different forum versions. Sorry guys but I am trying my very best and its 03.15 now.

FIXED..... It was not me after all  :o. The host had a kind of security update on their side.

I also got the chess mod working with the new SMF software and updated everything :P I think it looks nice and slick.
Some bits are missing, I will add them as I go along.
